Why are so many Gay seniors so secretive about putting information and photos on a private site like http://gayseniors.info but will out themselves on FaceBook Twitter and all other information highway sites to any one? It seems like just a crazy fact.
Privacy is going out the window. Sites like Gayseniors.info have a privacy code and you can’t get in without being a registered free member. It seems logical to me if you don’t want someone to find you you don’t link up with 2 to 3 hundred friends that might or might not know you’r Gay. Or do you realize that they can put any photos of you in any position these open sites like twitter and Facebook etc. Our site is also for those who are seniors and those admirers who someday will become seniors. Your privacy is one of our first and foremost objectives gayseniors.info. Please let us know what your thoughts on this fact are. What do you prefer? Privacy or coming crashing out of the closet without even knowing it with photos on someone else’s profile. I prefer the Private sites.
Last evening Manny and I and a friend of ours named Chris had a wonderful time together in a club that is a Living legend in Vienna known as the Alte Lampe. It had a warm friendly atmosphere of fun, good friends and to top it off a Great show and free buffet a free raffle and wonderful Senior and admirer eye candy. You have to go real far to beat that combination.
We got there about 21:00 9p.m. for those who aren’t on Vienna time. The place was already packed with people from all over the world. We sat down and ordered our drinks and chatted with some of the interesting people who were at our table and in the Club. They have a GREAT drink menu and also a very nice menu for those who would like a little something to eat. The service was very good always available when you needed it.

The Club was dressed in its finest fall attire. It was really nice to see fall decorations in Austria. In Florida where we also live part time at this time of the year already has New Years on our mind. Then at around 10 p.m. 22:00 the lights dimmed and the music started. The announcer came out on the stage and told us a little about the Star of the evening Miss Ginger Diamond and her fellow entertainers. He also sang ( live ) the Third Man Theme. Then out from the shadows came a very beautiful statuesque figure named Miss Ginger Diamond. Well needless to say we were really entertained with some of the finest in 50’s and 60’s songs done very well, I must add. The entertainers had us signing, laughing and got us really involved in the show. I hope you enjoy the photos we took.
Then after the entertainment was over they had a free raffle and Chris won one of the prizes. But after the drawing the Manager announced that everyone there was a winner and everyonegot a free shot on the house.

I can truthfully say that everyone there was a winner. All and all we had a really great time and I know we will be coming back more often to enjoy all the great things the Alte Lampe has to offer. Please check out their web site for updates on coming specials, parties and evenings in the holiday months and throughout the year. Who knows we might just meet you there in person. If you’re in the Vienna area don’t pass up the opportunity to stop by and say Hi. Tell them Rob and Manny sent you. You won’t be disappointed. Check out the link on our links area of the site. Also you can look for some of the Management of the club in our personal area. I guarantee you will have a great time meeting Great people and enjoying the food drinks and atmosphere of Vienna’s own “Alte Lampe”.
